Michelin star trained, having worked with such chefs as Andrew MacLeish (1 star) and Raymond Blanc (2 stars) at Chapters One and Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons, respectively. Also spending sixteen weeks in one-to-one mentoring with Guy Teerlinck (1 star).
Originally from Malta, Victoria spent 10 years running her own establishment while at the same time acting as the personal chef to Tom Robson, CEO of HSBC Malta. Having now settled in North Yorkshire, Victoria is certainly making a name for herself having won Restaurant of the Year 2 years in a row, and received several Michelin recommendations.
